The Optical Scan Poll Count Tabulating System
scans your ballot and tallies your vote, providing you with these benefits:

How easy is it to vote using optical scan?
- Get your paper ballot contained in a secrecy
folder
- Proceed to a voting booth
- Mark your ballot by connecting the head and tail
of the arrow next to the candidate of your choice

- Place your marked ballot in your secrecy
folder
- Exit the voting booth and visit an operator at an
optical scan unit
- Your ballot is inserted into the optical scan
unit
- Your vote is then recorded and tallied
- All numbers are stored until the polls close

PLEASE NOTE: That
identification will be required at the polls. Identification must prove not
only the identity of the elector but also their qualifying
address. |
