PLEASE NOTE: That identification will be required at the polls. Identification must prove not only the identity of the elector but also their qualifying address.

The following will be acceptable forms of identification:

  • driver's licence (or any other form of government document which contains name & address)
  • utility bill
  • property tax bill
  • employer record (pay stub with address)
  • any form of photo ID

How to Vote

Once again for the 2011 Municipal Elections, we will be utilizing the Optical Scan Poll Count Tabulating System. This system scans your ballot and tallies your vote, providing you with these benefits: quick and accurate results, secrecy and integrity of the voting process, and the opportunity to correct your ballot.
